Business Services
Part of our approach involves finding new ways to deliver value through our services. Our business services teams are behind many of these initiatives. Over a third of our staff work within these teams supporting our business and our lawyers, and are based in all offices around the world, including our centres of expertise in Glasgow and Brisbane.

Local knowledge with global experience
Whatever your goals are, we have the capabilities to approach the legal challenges that come along the way. Our global network of offices with a combination of local expertise and global experience helps us work to provide innovative and informed solutions.
What do we look for?
We’re after creative individuals who are passionate about high performance: it’s this collective drive and ambition that makes our culture worth being part of. You don’t need extensive experience in professional services – we value experience gained in other sectors too. You’ll be someone who can work with others towards a common goal, and support your colleagues with openness and respect. You’ll bring an instinct for problem solving and be able to anticipate our clients’ needs. What’s more, you’ll share our approach to innovation, whatever your background.
What can we offer you?
We’ve witnessed a period of unprecedented change and development over the last five years. Our growth as a firm has created a wealth of opportunities for both our clients and our staff. A career here will give you a chance to engage in challenging, cutting-edge projects and develop significant knowledge and experience within the industry. You’ll also work globally – whether that’s through a secondment, or a transfer to another office overseas or simply through your day-to-day work. Wherever you are in our firm, you’ll receive the support of your line manager who will understand your potential and be supportive of your development.
Ashurst has a high regard for all its employees, and appreciates everything each person brings to the firm. Robert Pollock, Database Administrator, Glasgow
