Our Programmes

Our four faculties seamlessly package their offerings into four inter-disciplinary programmes, delivered in formats as wide as global summits to short tutorials on mobile devices, online communities of practice to high-potential 1:1 coaching.

• Activate welcomes our early career clerks, graduates and trainees with a comprehensive foundation of core legal skills, team-based business skills challenges, bespoke Practical Legal Training / Professional Skills Course programmes, and practice-group specific learning.
• Accelerate provides a range of courses to build on your existing knowledge and experience, and enables you to enhance your capability across the skills and competencies required at the firm. From MBA essentials to negotiation skills, these courses are delivered face-to-face, online or through the live online virtual classroom, and provide an opportunity to collaborate with your peers across the office or region.
• Ascend covers our global career transition programmes, celebrating your career milestones, and equipping you for the next part of your climb. Our programmes, run globally, regionally and locally for both legal and business services staff, provide opportunities for deep reflection. You can set ambitious goals, knowing you will be personally supported to thrive over the long-term.
• Apex represents the peak of the Ashurst Academy offering to partners, directors and head of function. From our global New Partner Programme, to the PEAK global leadership programme, this suite ultimately challenges our leaders to steward the progressive global law firm.
